Website and CMS for a Prague renovation company — portfolio management, photo watermarking, and an upcoming CRM for job calculations.

JV Rekonstrukce is a family-run Prague construction company that has been doing complete renovations of apartments, bathrooms and kitchens since 2017 — including work with housing associations, facades and paving. I built them a website with a Sanity CMS where Jiří manages his portfolio and reviews himself.
Portfolio photos get an automatic watermark so they don't spread without attribution, and the system also handles HEIC-to-web conversion for iPhone photos. The contact form runs through an n8n automation instead of a classic email backend.
Jiří and I are now working on the next step together — a CRM for managing jobs and clients, plus a quote-calculation tool that will eventually connect directly to the website.
